ABOUT JEREMY SCHWARTZ

I\'m a passionate advocate for my clients. I enjoy working closely with clients to get to the heart of it, and find practical solutions. I practice in all areas of Human Resources law, including employment, employment standards and employment contracts and negotiations, labour and construction labour relations, OHS and human rights. I have represented employers at all levels of Ontario courts, including at provincial, superior and appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
