Oversee the core operations of the firm and ensure a client-focused approach is applied to each case that is unique to the client’s specific circumstances - Represent clients across the state of Colorado in various personal injury claims, including, but not limited to, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, hit and runs, and slip and falls - Review and analyze medical records, discuss clients’ treatment statuses with physical therapists and chiropractors, and negotiate settlements with insurance companies - Draft and file complaints against negligent parties, draft confidential mediation statements, attend mediation conferences, and submit formal discovery requests, including, but not limited to, requests for production of documents, interrogatories, and requests for admissions
