Expanded Cardiac Cath cases by optimizing block scheduling, adding 12 cases per month. Executing ED and trauma growth plan by developing 3rd free standing ED and air medical transport station. Improved Operating Room FCOTS from 40% to 78%, reduced RTATS from 48 minutes for 32, and reduced case cancellations from 13% to 5%. Leading $30M in facility upgrades, including unit renovations, OB bed expansion, EP Lab replacement, IR Lab conversion, imaging upgrades, and campus parking redesign. Converted the Lab service line from CAP to Joint Commission accreditation. Established an executive strategy group to drive growth and alignment.
