I have always been fascinated by how things work, how to improve processes and how to continually improve the customer experience.I have in depth experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Customer Care, Vendor Management, Information Technology Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have held leadership positions in Customer Care Operations and Information Technology Operations. I have additional experience in Consulting, Project Management, Program Management and Product Management. As the Director of operations customer and partner care at Starbucks, my primary focus is leading an organization of in house and out sourced resources responsible for supporting customer care and additional partner care lines of business for Starbucks. The scope includes leading a team of ~20 Starbucks partners and at out sourced resources. As Director of IT Applications For Kellogg Company I was responsible for the functional areas of Application Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and HR applications. I have led incredibly talented teams of direct and indirect resources, both on-shore and off-shore responsible for the global development, enhancement and sustainment of applications encompassing global users and global instances of enterprise systems. I have also managed corporate IT resources at several manufacturing locations that were responsible for network, infrastructure and application support. I spent 9 years with Intel Corporation as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project, Program and Product Manager focused on solution deployments, upgrades and IT operations. I have experience in consulting and worked in several functional supply chain roles in the Semiconductor Automotive and Consumer Retail Markets for fortune 500 companies. I\'m a certified consultant in SAP PP, MM and SRM. I\'m a member of APICS with certifications CPIM, CIRM and CSCP, previously a member of PMI and previously certified Project Management Professional, PMP.
