Long days, went down a lot of rabbit holes, it was fun.I started solo, but quickly realised it needed more firepower - it was going too slow - so I built a team of exceptional AI engineers to help me. 15 humans and of AI agents, all working together on the same design and codebase.Platform delivered, happy customers, happy employer. So now I\'m building the next one.

ABOUT JEREMY COOKE
Delivery focused Director of AI, Platforms and Engineering. I design and build enterprise AI platforms with a hands-on engineering approach - leading humans and AI agents working together on the same design and codebase. 25 years building things that matter at some of the world\'s biggest organisations - London Stock Exchange, Microsoft, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, AstraZeneca, KPMG and HMRC. Financial services, government, healthcare, pharma, media. I\'ve previously led programmes with budgets up to £160m and teams of over 100 people, but now my passion is engineering delivery - designing platforms and solving hard technical problems in organisations resistant to change. Outside the day job I build AI products with start-ups - anti-cheat systems using advanced analytics, distributed AI training networks, a Discord bot serving 5 million users, and an AI-powered crypto trading platform. Started as a developer. Still an engineer at heart. Now I just get to pick bigger problems.
