ABOUT JEREMY ATIÉ
Jeremy is an Assistant Law Clerk to an Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023. In law school, Jeremy was a Global Law Scholar, a staff editor on the Georgetown Law Technology Review, and a Senior Writing Fellow at the Georgetown Law Writing Center. He also served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice (fall 2022) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (summer 2021). Prior to law school, Jeremy was a research and business intelligence professional at the law firm Paul, Weiss. He provided day-to-day legal research support to a partner and former U.S. Cabinet official on client matters and in preparation for public engagements, including testimony before Congress and media appearances on election security, cyber law, national security, and other legal issues. In 2022, he returned to the firm as a summer associate. Jeremy graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in Middle Eastern Studies. He studied at Sciences Po, Paris in the spring of 2016.
