   I head up our federal sustainability portfolio, advocating for policies and regulations that support climate-smart agriculture, circularity, renewable energy and environmental protection so that McDonald\'s can further its ambitious sustainability goals and feed and foster our customers and communities. I perform policy analysis, engage with domestic and foreign government officials, build and maintain strategic relationships with industry associations, NGOs, peer companies and others. I work with my Global Impact colleagues and others across the U.S, North America Impact and global business in various cross-functional teams to provide insight, analysis, and risk management to help move the business forward, develop mitigation strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities.I collaborate with our Owner/Operators to formulate, build and implement their GR strategies and goals.I work in conjunction with our suppliers on a number of supply chain issues, including climate smart agriculture, nutrition, packaging and waste, EPR, transportation and logistics. I have convened a number of supplier workshops to tackle these issues and helped formulate a coalition specifically on supply chain sustainability.
