Used an agile approach to ideate, design, procure, build, commission, and operate a comprehensive solution that did avoid a $900M+ cost to the business. • Provided executive level oversight to a first ever rare earth mine and processing facility in Canada. • Led the engineering and design of custom mining tools to change mining techniques which included vendor terms after previous team failed to come to an agreement. Delivered all mining tools within 4% of budget, now in operation. • Revisiting a previously failed initiative and spearheading a multidisciplinary project to increase mine recovery through real-time cavity visualization, telemetry integration, and AI-assisted modelling. •Appointed by the CEO to provide project leadership support to District Metals Corp. on the Viken polymetallic project in Sweden, focused on study framing, governance, and development strategy to maximize long-term shareholder value.
