Administers the Industrial Security Program as directed supporting DoD and SAF/AQ access programs. Oversees the security policies and guidelines for programs using the generalized guidance provided by the Systems Program Office. Provides input and coordination relative to access requirements and policies.Administers the Information Security Program as directed supporting DoD and SAF/AQ access programs. Oversees local security policies and guidelines for required programs using the generalized guidance provided by the Systems Program Office. Evaluates all program security plans and road maps for all program work involving Foreign Material.Administers the Personnel Security Program as directed for the unit. Establishes local procedures for processing requests for security clearances for military and civilian personnel. Initiates and reviews all requests for personnel security investigations consistent with directives. Ensures that requests for security clearances are properly screened and verified,and that all necessary forms and documentation have been completed before processing for clearances.Administers the Physical Security Programs as directed supporting DoD and SAF/AQ access programs. Develops security transportation plans utilized for movement of assets. Assists in the management of all security aspects to include transportation modes, travel itinerary/timetables, in-transit and storage security, program security escorts, vital communications and en route/final destination transfer procedures.
