I am a qualified Marine Facility Inspector with the responsibilities to conduct facility inspections for the State Port and facilities that conduct transfers oil based product and certain dangerous cargo over navigable waterways of the United States as well as designated waterfront facilities. Qualified as a Pollution Responder, which entails conducting investigations to determine Responsible parties (RP) for pollution incidents that violate pollution prevention regulations. Qualified as a Container Inspector with elevated knowledge of the IMDG and 49 CFR in regard to hazardous material shipments, labeling requirements, and segregation of dangerous goods. Proficient in 29 CFR, 33 CFR, 46 CFR, and 49 CFR.
