I bring a perspective shaped by more than two decades across nuclear operations, global inspection, DOE research environments, and complex manufacturing. Each chapter of my career has added a layer of insight — from the operational discipline of Navy nuclear propulsion, to the regulatory rigor of ASME and NQA‑1 inspections, to the programmatic complexity of DOE laboratories, to the process maturity and reliability expectations of industrial manufacturing.Across these environments, the focus has remained consistent: build clarity, strengthen systems, and create the conditions where people can perform at their best. I work to stabilize processes, align expectations, and ensure decisions are grounded in data, risk awareness, and transparent communication. This approach has supported reactor operations, elevated quality programs, improved manufacturing reliability, and helped organizations meet demanding customer and regulatory commitments.My experience includes improving inspection and issue‑resolution efficiency, eliminating longstanding backlogs, expanding reliability analytics, and maturing quality programs across high‑hazard and highly regulated environments. I’ve supported international nuclear construction, modernized DOE quality systems, strengthened supply chain resiliency, and built new organizational capabilities such as reliability engineering functions.What differentiates my work is the ability to draw from this varied background to see patterns early, anticipate risks, and build structures that enable predictable, confident performance. The goal is always the same: create an environment where people thrive, processes mature, and the organization consistently delivers on its mission.

   As the Quality & Reliability Department Head for Flowserve’s Limitorque Actuation Division, I focus on strengthening operational discipline, modernizing quality processes, and building the structures that support consistent, reliable performance across a complex manufacturing environment. The work centers on creating clarity, stabilizing processes, and enabling inspectors, engineers, technicians, and analysts to address issues decisively and improve product performance with confidence.This includes driving significant efficiency gains in inspection workflows, accelerating issue‑resolution cycles, and eliminating longstanding backlogs that constrained operational throughput. Reliability and warranty analytics have been expanded to provide deeper insight into product behavior, informing targeted improvements on the manufacturing floor. Supply chain resiliency has been reinforced through strategic supplier development, reducing single‑point‑of‑failure risk for critical components. A dedicated Reliability function was also established, integrating test engineering, field data, and warranty intelligence into a unified capability that supports design and manufacturing decisions.The focus throughout is on building systems and expectations that elevate performance, strengthen predictability, and ensure the organization consistently meets customer and operational commitments.
