I am currently a Field HR Generalist for Agile Pursuits (Tide Cleaners)With over 20 years in Operations, I have gained valuable experience training and developing hourly and salaried employees in areas of safety, quality, and productivity, efficiency, morale, and environment. Throughout my career, I have sustained a balanced scorecard with my processing and packaging teams through consistent recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training and development while also maintaining a cohesive work culture all while performing due diligence in accordance with corporate policy and governmental regulation. In my career I have successfully carried a processing department through a plant closure while navigating departmental turnover and attrition. Through consistent performance evaluation, coaching, counseling, and change management we met our objectives despite the countless obstacles faced. I lead people with sensitivity and utilize emotional intelligence, therefore, I have developed countless valuable working relationships with my honest, constructive, and trustworthy feedback. The ability to change behavior for the better has become a strength and valuable resource and has lead me to pursue human resources as my next profession.
