About Jeremy S.
Responsible for the negotiation, sales and construction management of several thousand single family homes to date. This includes but was not limited to multi-family, production and high end custom homes. Involved in all planning, project management and design aspects. Contracted to work on several humanitarian projects including several Extreme Makeover Home Edition projects. Insured proper planning, design and deadlines for construction. Commercial project planning, material supply and \"turnkey\" construction. Involved in over 600 projects including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Mcdonalds, Ruby Tuesday\'s, IHOP and many other chain businesses. Management for the construction of schools, malls, college campus projects and government facilities. Recently completed the filming of Homes of Distinction project in Potomac, MD (suburban DC). Worked on design, engineering and construction of sq ft home. We over exceeded industry standards and utilized many ground breaking new products. This project was filmed and built to benefit St. Jude\'s hospital and the Tourette\'s foundation.I work well with Architects and Engineers to ensure successful product adaptation for the desired look and structural integrity. Successfully built teams to increase sales and correct P&L deficits. I possess a vast working knowledge of production equipment from structural components, custom architectural features and custom door production equipment. Knowledge of software interfaces that correspond between design and function of all previously mentioned equipment.
