I’m a relationship-driven HVAC sales and equipment leader with 20+ years of progressive experience spanning warehouse operations, territory sales, manufacturer representation, and regional leadership. My career has been built from the ground up—starting in the warehouse and evolving into leading multi-state sales and technical teams—giving me a deep, practical understanding of how every part of the HVAC business connects.Currently, I serve as a Regional Equipment Manager, responsible for developing and leading territory sales managers and regional technical teams across Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, and Alaska. My focus is on building people, strengthening dealer networks, and aligning sales and technical expertise to drive sustainable, long-term growth.Earlier in my career, I helped launch Daikin’s residential unitary product line in the Northwest—building a dealer network from zero presence into one of the most trusted and recognized brands in the region.
