ABOUT JEREMY REMINGTON
I am an Operations Leader with a strong progressive record of strategically managing complex logistics and warehouse operations. As Director of Fulfillment for Killer Merch, I lead warehouse teams of over 80 full-time and seasonal employees and manage multiple distribution centers with over square feet of warehouse space. I manage all warehouse operations from production to fulfillment for multiple apparel and cosmetic brand fulfillment centers. I oversee employee development, team structure, ordering process, procedures, tools, reporting, and discipline to ensure order execution meets goals.During my time at Killer Merch, I’ve established a Logistics Department, helped design and equipped multiple distribution centers from the ground up, helped increased shipping revenues by millions of dollars, reduced process inefficiencies, cut costs significantly, and serve as a leader that promotes the well-being and growth of individuals and the organization:I take responsibility to connect with others and relate to their perspective, situations, and beliefs.
