Perform full lifecycle recruiting for various cleared positions supporting Federal Government Agencies • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Create and edit post position descriptions• Utilize major job boards (Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn), various online resources, career events, networking, and referrals to source for top talent and build candidate pipeline.• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating candidate profiles in company Applicant Tracking System. • Conduct initial resume review and candidate screening. Coordinate follow-up interviews with the management team. Closely track and record every status update• Extend offer letters and negotiate compensation packages while keeping in line with budget limitations.• Coordinate between Security and Human Resources to maintain efficient communication channels for internal process and procedures for all new hires. • Knowledge of EEOC requirements and Government regulations.• Assist proposal management team as appropriate and support proposal coordination activities.• Create templates and develop written content for proposal sections to include staffing, resumes and past performance while consistently meeting challenging proposal deadlines.
