1. Senior Computational Biologist

   Freenome

   Jan 2025 — Present · South San Francisco, CA, US

   At Freenome, we are working to bring a blood based assay, paired with machine learning model for the detection of colorectal cancer through FDA approval to product launch. I share ownership with a few key collaborators on a 510k submission package to approve a specific blood collection tube for use with the product. As a part of my efforts, I lead an ongoing project to develop a code base consisting of several packages for data analysis and reporting, which critically supports both clinical and analytical validation efforts. Additionally, I am involved in ongoing research and development for both product improvements and new product development.
