ABOUT JEREMY REICH
Jeremy P. Reich is a higher education assessment professional dedicated to collaborating with institutional stakeholders to facilitate processes of assessment for continuous improvement. Jeremy’s philosophy of assessment is that assessment processes must be (a) effective, efficient, and meaningful,(b) facilitated centrally through community engagement,(c) transparent, and (d) designed to actively identify and address inequities. Jeremy currently serves as the Assistant Director for Assessment and Accreditation at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and is a Ed.D. candidate in Higher Education at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jeremy’s scholarly interests are focused on higher education assessment practices for continuous improvement and include transdisciplinary communication (TDC), community engagement, collective impact, assessment for equity, disseminating effective assessment practices, and strategies for making assessment more effective, efficient, & meaningful.Previously, Jeremy served as the coordinator of the Future Ready Schools - New Jersey (FRS-NJ) program and NJIT\'s CLEAR Collaborative and, more recently, as administrative coordinator for NJIT\'s Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering with a focus on communications, engagement, and outreach.
