About Jeremy Ownby
I have been in commercial construction for the last twenty seven years. I never expected to make a career out of my time in the field; to me it was simply a way to earn a living, yet here I am after all this time. I am truly amazed at the progression of my career and love what I do. During this time of uncertainty in the construction industry I feel at ease knowing that I am secure with my experience and have a bright future in the general contracting, design-build, federal contracting and the specialty fields of acoustical ceilings, metal framing and drywall. Likewise, vast experience with self performing trades of concrete, rough carpentry and structural steel, experience with general contracting with all CSI divisions, conceptual estimating, design build and hard bid. Specialties: I specialize in the self performing trades of concrete, acoustical ceilings, metal framing, drywall, rough and finish carpentry and structural steel. CSI divisions are as follows: 3300, 5100, 5300, 5400, 5401, 5500, 6200, 6400, 6160, 7200, 9250, 9500, 9800 and 9900.
