Lead IT Infrastructure, Operations, Cyber Security, Web Development, Database Development, and Strategy across Trinchero Family Estates global footprint of facilities and employees. Infrastructure responsibility includes a hybrid environment utilizing an infrastructure-as-a-service partner, SD-WAN, on-prem and cloud assets. The operations team is aligned with ITSM best practices to provide remote and deskside support to employees. Cyber Security is modeled against the CIS 18 critical security controls and partnered with a Managed Detection and Response service for 24x7 protection. The web development team partners closely with Sales & Marketing organization to deliver 50+ individual consumer brand, e-commerce enabled websites in a high performing, secure, ADA compliant way. The database development team is responsible for bringing in daily nationwide consumer data, transforming and loading that data into a SQL Data Warehouse where it can then be consumed by PowerBI and other internal applications. Other responsibilities include annual budget for the IT I&O organization as well as involvement in several innovation projects such as generative artificial intelligence and agri-tech (automated irrigation, self-driving tractors, etc).
