About Jeremy Monahan

With over four years of experience as a Management Recruiter and Military Program Manager at First Student, I am passionate about identifying and sourcing top-tier talent from the Military Community for various transportation-related roles. As a former Ammunition Storage and Distribution Manager at the Ohio National Guard, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the skills and qualities that military personnel possess, and how they can successfully transition into civilian careers. In my current role, I collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to develop and implement effective and efficient military-focused talent acquisition processes and strategies. I also leverage my expertise in social media analytics, content creation, and optimization to establish and grow the digital footprint of the program, reaching and engaging with potential candidates across various platforms.
