I am the managing broker/ owner of Homelite Real Estate. With over 100 million in sales to date, I have used my expertise in negotiations, distressed properties, home preparations, and marketing to ensure each client receives the real estate experience they need. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I am a Certified Negotiation Expert by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and have used my expertise on behalf of hundreds of satisfied clients throughout the greater Chicago area. A NABPOP certified Master of home price valuation and stands as one of the highest ranked, most accurate valuation experts on foreclosure pricing by lenders. In addition to having an eye for detail and adept pricing strategy, I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) by the MORE Association of Realtors. Having received Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Texas Tech University in 1998. Received an award for the most outstanding senior deign project, I stood poised for a promising career in engineering. However, I began investing in real estate immediately after graduation and quickly realized my educational background served me well when it came to real estate. Today my clients are drawn to me for my knowledge and expertise, but continue to recommend me for my ability to enhance the real estate experience. Impressive certifications aside, I have used my background in digital and internet-based real estate sales and that is why I co-founded Realtybud.com in collaboration with a reputable tech firm in Chicago.
