I lead product strategy and execution for DraftKings’ core customer and transaction platforms, owning the Access & Identity, Payments, Risk, and Data Science product organizations that power how customers authenticate, recover accounts, verify identity and location, move money, and are evaluated in real time for fraud, abuse, and regulatory risk. I led the modernization of the payments and wallet platform across deposits and withdrawals, reducing friction in high-intent moments and materially improving reliability, partner resiliency, and operational stability at scale.I unified risk and decisioning platforms with embedded data science teams to deliver real-time customer evaluation and fraud and abuse mitigation, enabling faster approvals for legitimate customers while materially reducing financial and regulatory exposure. I re-architected onboarding, verification, and recovery journeys to eliminate redundant regulatory steps and fragmented tooling, producing measurable gains in conversion, lower customer support volume, and faster delivery velocity.I established a shared platform operating model across product, engineering, analytics, compliance, and operations, aligning teams around customer and business outcomes and accelerating cross-vertical launches. In practice, my role is not delivering features—it is designing and governing the platforms and decision systems that allow a regulated digital business to grow safely, move quickly, and earn customer trust.
