About Jeremy Mayer
Design Leader of the original mechanical design team that created the Lucid Air drive unit. Best in class for package, power density, and efficiency. From the continuously wave wound stator to the “active core” high speed open diff packaged on the inside of the rotor … we started it all from hand sketches and fundamental physics.Now added experience doing the same for electric aviation. It’s all about mass efficiency in this new space. Knowledge and design experience now also with effective use of composites in electric aviation engines.
