I am currently employed at Anywhere Real Estate as a Finance Manager for Anywhere Advisors on the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A) team. I have been at Anywhere for approximately four years, where my primary role is to manage the process of consolidating and providing analysis on the business unit\'s actual results, forecasts, and annual operating budget. This requires coordination across the Finance group to ensure all team members are on track to meet deadlines and complete deliverables in accordance with our corporate calendar. In addition, I meet with senior finance leaders, including the business unit CFO each month to provide insight and analysis into our actual results and forecast. Before moving to the Advisors business unit, I worked in a similar capacity for Anywhere Brands for over two years. My additional responsibilities include: • Preparing Quarterly Earnings Package to provide senior leaders with financial analytics and commentary for use during quarterly earnings calls • Consolidating Cash Flow actuals and developing the Cash Flow forecast, which requires inputs from multiple members across finance, as well as separate analysis from the P&L actuals/forecast • Acting as subject matter expert for EPM Cloud (Oracle) and HFM systems to identify and troubleshoot issues, as well as being the liaison between the broader Finance team and our technology partner • Leading the process of rebuilding the hierarchy of accounts in our financial planning system; this allowed our business unit to deliver more precision in our account-level commentary to our corporate business partners and simplify/enhance our business analytics in becoming aligned across multiple systems
