I’ve been in IT for nearly 20 years, starting with hands-on work in on-prem systems before the cloud became mainstream. That early foundation gave me both technical depth and the ability to explain complex ideas in ways that make sense to the people who rely on them.At Microsoft, I supported a large portfolio of SMB customers, helping them adopt Microsoft 365, strengthen their security posture, and maximize the value of their investment. Beyond Microsoft, I’ve worked with mid-market and enterprise customers in sales engineering and customer success roles, guiding modernization initiatives across security, compliance, and identity. My experience spans SIEM and SOAR platforms, Purview, email security, and threat detection.Working across SMB and enterprise environments has honed my ability to meet customers where they are, whether speaking with technical teams, executives, or everyday users. I focus on clarity, honesty, and practical guidance instead of unnecessary complexity.Today, I’m looking to bring together my sales engineering and customer success background with nearly two decades of cloud and security expertise to help organizations modernize, adopt the right tools, and strengthen their security posture in ways that are both understandable and effective.
