Responsible for managing a multi-vendor lab and demonstration center comprising various networking, storage, server and virtualization appliances and products. I serve as the interface to the environment for both internal and external customers. In addition, I install, configure and maintain the equipment and software in the Innovation HUB either directly or by coordinating with others.
