Major Accomplishments:Built the team structure from previously distributed roles, developed an organizational structure that encourages horizontal, vertical, and even diagonal career progression, worked with the teams to implement daily standards for our work to continually improve our contributions to the organization.Built out Salesforce.com Enterprise Analyst team focused on the rollout of our CRM to the entire sales organization while building a plan to further expand usage to support functions.
