I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Philosophy and Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. I have developed and implemented a system that reduces staff turnover, enhances customer service, and increases sales. I have partnered with several restaurants in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area to demonstrate the effectiveness and profitability of my system. I also have strong skills in sales, public speaking, management, and leadership.
