I oversee finance, IT, HR, legal, contracts and other corporate support functions to streamline operations. In this role I have reduced overhead and operational costs, contributing to a 1.5-point improvement in EBITDA margin—from 1.9% to 3.4%—between Q2 2024 and Q3 2025. I have assisted in the grassroots startup for our Raleigh location. I have multi-site responsibility that includes our Charlotte, Raleigh (NC), Myrtle Beach, Fort Mill (SC) and Elizabethtown NJ.
