Lead three Launch Molding Technology teams within the Advanced Manufacturing Process Development (AMPD) organization: 1) Team of launch mold / tooling engineers which are responsible for managing all new thermoplastic injection molds for the Automotive Americas BU as well as providing support for all molds running production at outside molding suppliers, 2) Team of process engineers, tooling engineers, and mold makers in Mexico that support the team of launch mold engineers with execution and validation of the new molds sent into the TE MX sites, and 3) Team of internal mold designers, process engineers, and mold makers in W-S responsible for building highly complex molds and those requiring new work-center and process development.
