Prior to that I was the lead mechanical engineer and then the engineering manager for the Birdsboro Power Project (a 1x1 combined cycle in eastern PA).In previous assignments as a lead process engineer I was responsible for all of the mechanical design on a project as well as teaching and training newer engineers how to create high-quality engineering deliverables for each one of our clients. I also have desalination plant experience from my role as engineering manager for the Charles Meyer plant rehabilitation in Santa Barbara, CA. Experience in estimating, design, procurement, and construction of power plants (both new and retrofit projects).
