About Jeremy Hsu
As a technology reporter with New Scientist\'s NYC team, I\'m covering tech news developments in AI, robotics, drones, computing, and many other areas. Beyond the weekly news bites, I\'m also thinking about some of the long-term tech trends that are shaping our world. As a freelance journalist who has spent the better part of 15 years focused on covering science and technology news, I have written for publications such as: Scientific American, Scientific American Mind, Spectrum, Wired.com, Backchannel, Undark Magazine, The BMJ (British Medical Journal), Hakai Magazine, Nautilus Magazine, Mosaic, Reader\'s Digest Asia, Astrobiology Magazine, Motherboard, New York Times for Kids, and Scholastic\'s DynaMath. I began my career in NYC by getting a master\'s degree in the Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program (SHERP) at New York University. In my previous job at Indicate Media, I oversaw content marketing for clients by working closely with my Indicate Media colleagues on research, content development, and social media strategies. I helped B2B technology clients tell their stories and showcase their thought leadership in ways that reflected their organizations’ core values and highlighted the business value that their products and services could deliver to potential customers.
