Most deals never make it to the average investor or agent- they’re buried in closed networks and outdated lists. We’re fixing that with AI that finds motivated sellers before anyone else.My role is everything from steering product vision to closing big partnerships to making sure the right code ships on time. I work directly with our dev team on the data models, run the go-to-market strategy, and keep the business moving toward scale without wasting time or money.What I focus on-Designing and refining the product so it actually solves the problem, not just looks good in a demo-Building relationships with data providers, investors, and industry operators-Keeping our tech and operations lean so we can move faster than anyone else in the space-Leading fundraising and making sure every dollar we raise has a clear path to ROIPropIQ isn’t a side project- it’s the next evolution of how off-market deals get found, evaluated, and closed.
