   Lead team responsible for customer-facing marketing and communications efforts in the Americas/Asia for the world’s #1-rated private jet manufacturer. Plan and execute global events for customers to increase loyalty and sales. • Editor and lead writer for 3x-per-year print and digital customer magazine and monthly customer e-newsletter. • Plan and manage all branding, promotion, and execution of annual series of customer events on three continents, which drew record-setting attendance in most recent series. • Develop and execute communication plans for new products and initiatives. • Co-leader of the Operator Advisory Board (a group of worldwide VIP customers) Communications Working Group, which meets in person and virtually to chart and test marketing communications strategies. • Launched bi-monthly employee newsletter and partnered to overhaul intranet to better connect with employees. • Aid in planning company’s annual NBAA-BACE presence and serve as a primary onsite coordinator.
