As a Case Manager at WorkBC with Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS), I provide individualized, client-centered support to help people overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable career goals. My role involves conducting comprehensive needs assessments, developing personalized action plans, and guiding clients through a range of services including skills training, job placement, wage subsidies, and career development. I work with a diverse population, including those facing complex challenges such as mental health issues, housing instability, or recent immigration.I collaborate closely with internal teams and community partners to connect clients with wraparound supports, ensuring a holistic approach to employment success. With a focus on trauma-informed and inclusive service delivery, I strive to create a welcoming environment where all individuals feel supported and empowered.
