Support the mission to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the Joint Force by advancing joint training, education, wargaming, and experimentation. Responsible for planning and executing senior-level engagements, facilitating strategic communication with senior leadership, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholdersOPERATIONS PLANNER & SENIOR LEADER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR:Serve as the primary coordinator and lead planner for Key Leader Engagements (KLE) involving General/Flag Officers (GOFO), Senior Executive Service (SES) members, Distinguished Visitors (DVs), and senior military and civilian leaders. Ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of high-level presentations, briefings, and events that support the Joint Staff J-7 JWED mission and enable effective participation in globally integrated wargames and joint experimentation exercises.SENIOR STAFF LIAISON: Serve as the primary liaison for senior leadership, ensuring seamless, timely, and precise coordination across internal departments and external partners. Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including military branches, allied forces, partner nations, and civilian organizations, to drive forward collaborative joint wargaming and experimentation initiatives.INDEPENDENT LEADERSHIP & STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION: Provided senior leadership with researched, integrated, and coordinated responses to key issues. Conduct independent analysis and manage complex special assignments, applying expertise in workforce management and joint wargaming concepts and experimentation. COLLABORATIVE TEAM MEMBER: Contributed to a multidisciplinary team of military and civilian subject-matter experts and planners to design and execute joint wargaming, experimentation, and integrated learning initiatives, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and interagency coordination.
