ABOUT JEREMY DAILAMI

Executive Leadership: Branding and MarketingI was recruited to England Logistics as an account executive, and I quickly advanced to the role of Director of our cold chain LTL division. Although the division was well established when I came to lead it, the business environment and the industry as a whole were fragmented and our division lacked clear branding to both our internal and external customers.=> Managing Brand ValueOver the last several years, I led the charge to create a solid brand value and brandable service platform for the company. By stewarding a consistently superior brand of cold chain logistics services, I led our team to create enduring value to our loyal customers-and an expectation for superior service that we regularly fulfill. On the one hand, I oversaw sales growth with a clear commitment to individualized attention on which our clients relied-while managing costs and increasing revenues. On the other hand, I coached our team to develop critical innovations on the operations side that captured lost revenue while capitalizing on the efficiency of our technical and personnel resources.=> Marketing Across DivisionsBy marketing our division to our corporate team and to sister divisions within the company, we increased our visibility and maximized brand awareness as part of cross-sell efforts to their clients. We managed brand awareness of our other divisions to our own clients as well, increasing the perceived value (and growth) of our company overall.
