As Partner of School Design Services, I serve as strategic lead and thought partner for multi-year school redesign initiatives totaling over $10 million in state, philanthropic, and local investment. My work centers on building coherent instructional systems across districts and campuses, aligning curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to shared learning goals.I have led teams in supporting 11 school districts and 28 campuses across 15 cities in Texas, Illinois, New York, Washington, Missouri, Mississippi, and California, directly impacting over teachers and students. My role is advisory and strategic: I help district and school leaders diagnose root causes, develop coherent theories of action, and build internal capacity to sustain redesign work beyond the engagement. Initiatives have integrated academic acceleration, social-emotional learning, postsecondary readiness, and high-dosage tutoring within coherent schoolwide frameworks. I also co-led philanthropic partnership strategy resulting in $3M+ in grants, advising funders on investment strategy, grantee capacity building, and learning community design.
