Process delinquent collections through verbal and written communication with the customer. Follow-up and work with customers to determine payment plans on delinquent accounts. Work with internal sales personnel to solve billing problems. Trouble shooting of incoming calls from customers through problem solving, research, and providing documentation needed. Review credit lines for customers to help reach our sales goals. Handle special projects/requests assigned by the Credit Director. Review orders that are credit held to ensure that orders can be released or put on hold in a timely manner. Send out monthly statements. Submit invoices to clients via online systems such as Ariba, Atos, Coupa, EDI, and Oracle.(Formerly: Process approximately 200+ credit card payments and balance/apply the batches daily.)
