ABOUT JEREMY COLE

I help employers resolve a broad range of employment-related matters by providing practical, business-focused advice to mitigate legal risks and avoid liability. When issues can’t be avoided, I defend clients before administrative agencies, in arbitration, and in state and federal courts.I represent employers against claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, restrictive covenant issues, and misappropriation of trade secrets, and work diligently to bring each matter to conclusion with the best possible outcome for my client.My practice includes cost-effective, day-to-day counseling on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, responding to employee complaints and accommodation and leave requests, disciplinary issues, and termination. I regularly conduct internal investigations, draft employment policies and agreements, assist with contracts and negotiations, and provide management and H.R. training. And, because I get to know my client’s business operations in depth, I am often called on to support them with general legal needs as well.I am licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and serve in an advisory role to clients located throughout the U.S.
