About Jeremy Cirillo
At KPMG I help lead growth, strategy and client delivery for our Grants Management team in Texas and nationally. Our team is dedicated to helping government agencies effectively and compliantly manage their state and federal funding to deliver meaningful outcomes to the community. I provide expertise in strategic planning and program design, grant policy, regulatory compliance, subrecipient monitoring and program implementation. In my role I have helped numerous states tasked with managing billions of dollars in state and federal funds do so efficiently and in accordance with the myriad of different applicable regulations. On the business side of consulting, I am highly skilled in team leadership, business development, opportunity management, pursuit strategy, proposal writing, and helping drive the growth of a meaningful pipeline that translates to bookings. I also provide project management, contract compliance, and budgeting support across numerous different projects.I am experienced with a diverse array of federal funding focused on housing and infrastructure resilience including FEMA HMA, CDBG-DR/MIT, CARES, ARPA SLFRF, IIJA and IRA.
