At J&J, I am part of a team that is reimagining how we heal through its surgical innovations. In my role, I scale our newest design concepts and make them production ready. A snippet of my day to day includes device builds, equipment and process optimization and validation, running studies, negotiating and working with suppliers and customers. Prior to my current role, I have worked on algorithm design for tissue sealants, algorithms for artifact reduction in orthopedic CT scans, and finally orthopedic instrument design.

I believe in building bridges to connect communities to solve problems. I believe in listening in order to learn. I believe that in designing and developing products to solve the problems of the future, people should be put first.The medical device field is my arena to realize these beliefs and core values. My skillsets include listening, cross-functional leadership, and team building - harmonized with technical skills such as software scripting, CAD modeling, and design for manufacturing.Outside of work, I participate in a flurry of activities to keep a smile on my face by staying connected with the world around me.
