About Jeremy Carlson
I am a data driven, results focused change agent with an engineering background. My passion lies with successfully developing standard business processes for global enterprise solutions, and marrying those with proper tools and personnel development to build a foundation for future success. Throughout my years of experience in the engineering field I have worked across several different industries in many different roles. In my current position I am tasked with converting and harmonizing 11 different global locations from paper master documentation to a globally standardized set of processes and electronic data attribution inside of a new Product Lifecycle Management system. This data will then be synced and automated to downstream systems to provide efficiency and quality gains to increase the speed at which products can be brought to market. My other roles have included clean sheet heavy equipment cab designs, field issue resolution, heavy frame design and certification, hydraulic system design, non-metallic design, ergonomics, visibility studies, cost reduction studies, factory layout and optimization, casting design, and production scheduling. I have had the opportunity to successfully lead design teams and manage the resources, budget, timeline, cost, and production. My career has led me to engineering opportunities in Medical Devices, Heavy Construction, Aerospace, Forestry, Waste Handlers, Pump Trucks, and Defense Products.
