About Jeremy Bond

My career with Petco began in 2005 when I was hired as a part time cashier. Over the past 14 years I have achieved many professional and personal milestones which in turn has led me to hold my current position. I am currently a Regional animal care and education leader with Petco in Indiana and am responsible for supporting 186 stores in 6 states. I was a Store Leader/General Manager during nine years of my employment. During that time I earned multiple accolades. One was a Customer Champion Award which acknowledges customer service, sales, partner retention and turnover, as well as driving a stable and enriched business. As a General Manager I was able to drive animal adoptions to earn the place of top store in the company during the first Mega Adoption Weekend with 200+ adoptions in less than 48 hours. During the 2015 fiscal year my team and I achieved a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating for six consecutive months with a one month high of 97% satisfaction. Due to these ratings we were named a Top 10 Store in overall metrics within the company out of a total of 1500 stores. This achievement led to my next promotions in early 2016 to Market Leader and then my current position as District Leader. In holding the position of District Leader I was confronted with a district which was ranked in the bottom 5% of the company due to poor metrics and lack of standards. Since taking the position in 2016 I have been rated one of the top five District Leaders in the company. I have led our region in Q1 customer satisfaction, top district in PALS conversion and driving customer loyalty in FY 17 and early 2018 as well as driving private brand growth. Since 2019 came to an end, I was promoted to RACEL in March 2020 where I support 200+ stores in the chain around animal care, operations, shrink goals, sales goals and bet expenses. I cover a majority of the Midwest, consisting of North Dakota to North Carolina. I work with store partners, district managers, territory managers and corporate office partners to align strategies, policy and company standards.
