Jeremy Blackburn is the Founder & CEO of Black Ink Technologies, which he founded in 2019 to develop hardware and software applications utilizing immutability, the blockchain, for commercial applications to verifiable connect physical products and services to a validated digital token that can be utilized in the digital worlds as a functional equivalent. Since its inception, Black Ink Tech has incubated 15 subsidiaries that fall within Black Ink Tech’s “Truth as a Service Platform,” a software and hardware platform built upon the creation of hardware oracles and a software platform for physical-world data hardening, along with an immutable database and innovative smart contract platform. He has been awarded 13 patents, with several more pending, for NFT\'s, smart contracts, immutable data, and commercial applications. Blackburn’s entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined drive for success are deep-rooted, having founded his first company in 1995, Frontier Mortgage. Blackburn built his first endeavor from a mere mortgage brokerage into a successful full-service mortgage bank, licensed and operating in over 30 states. Blackburn served as the President, CEO, and Chairman for 7 years until the company was successfully sold in 2002. Blackburn was also a co-founder of America West Bank in and served on its board of directors until 2002. Also, in to further support his banking and finance companies, Blackburn founded his first software company, Empowered Applications. Focusing on what is now known as ‘FinTech,’ these innovative software applications provided trailblazing optimization of operations, processes, and overall company management. He served as chairman until the company\'s significant assets were sold in 2003. From his first purchase of an investment property in 1994 to the present, Blackburn, a licensed Real Estate Broker and NASCLA-licensed general contractor blended his entrepreneurial spirit into his love for real estate. Throughout the past 28 years, Blackburn has purchased, developed, and managed over building lots, countless single-family homes—from new construction for purchase or investment to renovation for new use, and over 100 multifamily properties; and built, renovated, and owned/operated office, industrial and retail assets across 4 continents. Additionally, pursuing his passion for the outdoors and conservation of wildlife, Blackburn has purchased, developed, and operated farms, ranches, and resort properties across the country.
