20+ years in customer service and IT. Working with Windows and AppleOS based devices. NCR Aloha POS Software and Hardware SME. Designed and handled defects for Aloha Configuration Center. Managed multiple IT Support teams and was the Manager of a CSM team for direct Aloha POS customers such as Sbarro, Yoshinoya, Jamba Juice and other Large QSR and Table Service restaurants. On the support side, created efficient support processes with a focus on First Call Resolution, ETR and trending issues. The goal of our support desk was to keep the stores doing their job while we worked on the systems to keep them at it. From the analyst perspective, I worked on vulnerability remediation and the redesign of legacy POS systems to meet current PA-DSS standards. This included credit, loan, HR and Workforce management applications.
