ABOUT JEREMY ANDREWS
Straight from education I went into my first roles within the medical sector; working between Patient Transport Services and providing exceptional care at events when required. Moving from this I further qualified as an Emergency Care Assistant and spent 6 years responding to calls, moving high dependency patients and providing care to anyone who required it. During my time working on the ambulances, I worked for Private Contractors, Agencies & finally the NHS before leaving that job role in January of 2020. This gave me a wide range of experience in every area of the UK. These roles included but were not limited to services, high dependency transfers, movement of critically unwell paediatrics to & from the Evalina centre in London, patient transport services, repatriations from airport to hospital and event medical care. In the background of my time working on an ambulance, I was also working on developing my own business which has grown greatly and now provides services to not only the private but public & charitable sectors. White Rose Emergency Solution LIMITED, was a specialist bespoke provider of auto electrical services to the \"blue light\" industry primarily and also to other areas such as highways, recovery etc. I was Leading the bespoke field, converting 50-60 vehicles on average per annum whilst also maintaining an in & out of hours service to repair vehicles whether converted by ourselves or not. My previous role of Head of Specialist Services within an Education and Training business, with the business having focus points around Ambulance, Professional Services and apprenticeship training. My role was around Primary Care Paramedic services, Event Medical Cover, Category C1 License driver training and Emergency/Non-Emergency Driver training. I was responsible for the day-to-day operations, logistics and working within the financial budgets of these units to provide effective growth and high-quality service. I am now the contract manager, dealing with contracts across all stages and taking clients through the stages producing high-quality results and ensuring the client has a named point of contact throughout. Collaborating data such as KPIs, key financials and feedback, taking the data and presenting it back to key shareholders and clients. Utilising project management systems to ensure contracts are delivered smoothly, effectively and to the highest standards.
