I am a highly motivated, driven and successful environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience in the environmental, industrial, remediation, manufacturing, waste management, commercial and municipal fields as a geologist, environmental consultant, remediation contractor, estimator, project manager, account manager, and a marketing and business development professional. My experience as both an environmental consultant and contractor includes project and client account management with a wide variety of customers with a vast array of differing types of remediation and industrial waste management projects under NCDEQ, SCDES, VADEQ and other state regulatory agencies and through RCRA, CERCLA Superfund, TSCA and other state and federal programs for clients and firms in numerous sectors, public and private, and for the military.    I am a regional industrial account manager and special waste rep for WM in the South Atlantic region, North America\'s leading provider of integrated environmental solutions for waste and the largest waste to energy provider. I work with customers generating special waste including non-haz and haz wastestreams and recyclable streams from NC and upper SC.I am privileged to work with an outstanding regional team and company where I can successfully nurture and grow our partnerships with our existing commercial, industrial and municipal customers and forge long-lasting partnerships with new customers. I work with our customers to find effective, efficient, safe and sustainable waste solutions. I manage accounts with industrial waste, special waste (including asbestos, LBP, ASR, PFAs, sludges, biosolids, contaminated soils, etc), recyclable materials, C&D, solid waste, non-hazardous & hazardous waste. These materials are managed at WM facilities including Subtitle D non-haz landfills, RCRA Subtitle C haz landfills and treatment facilities, transfer stations, hauling facilities and Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs). I also work closely with our hauling group and 3rd party haulers to provide container & trans options. Additionally, I work with our recycling group, remediation & construction group, sustainability services, and industrial services group.I provide cost estimates and proposals, waste profiling and pricing, identify new waste streams, manage customer accounts, establish new accounts, review analytical data, work on customer contracts, conduct site visits to various WM facilities and customer/project sites, offer sustainability services, remediation/construction options, onsite industrial services, waste reduction & recycling options, attend industry conferences, evaluate and respond to the changing needs and concerns of customers, evaluate sales and disposal trends, focus on client retention and overall customer partnerships and success.
