I\'m passionate about modeling. Not only about the application of machine learning algorithms, but also about the identification of the relevant problems to be solved and the understanding of their mechanics. My background spans from the technically sophisticated to the business pragmatic. From my actuarial foundations, experiences include costing analysis, price optimization and R&D projects touching on text, spatial and telematics data. I built a comprehensive machine learning driven framework for portfolio management, from data acquisition to the ongoing monitoring of the executed strategy. I designed and implemented optimized ML methods to address challenges around time series modeling and uncertainty.
